Chuck, was born and raised in Florence South Carolina. Chuck began his Law Enforcement Career with the Florence Police Department Cadet Program in 1984. Chuck was hired in Lake City SC as. Police officer in 1990 and attended the SC Criminal Justice Academy in 1991. Chuck has worked with Lake City Police Dept., Georgetown County Sheriffs Office, the SC Criminal Justice Academy as a Guest Instructor and the Horry County Police Dept spanning a 25 year career in Law Enforcement.
Chuck has over 48 years of experience in handing, care and maintenance of firearms and safety, and is a State Champion Pistol shooter in SC.
Chuck is a certified SLED Concealed Weapons Permit Instructor and a South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy Firearms Instructor.
